**Qualifications**
- Successful recruiting experience (5+ years) in an international environment
- Experience in a decentralized organization would be a plus
- Passion for talent acquisition with the ambition to innovate
- Team player, able to influence, at ease with conceptual work
- Fluency in German and English is required
