**Your contribution**:

- ** Negotiate lease or buying acquisitions** required for telecommunications installations.
- Oversee specific **leasing or buying operations** and ensure that assignment and scheduling of related work follows agreed-upon timelines
- May serve as a **point of contact for the community and/or government agencies**:

- ** Work directly with Site Acquisition Group Leader** and/or other site acquisition and construction personnel to provide site acquisition expertise in all aspects of project

**What makes you stand out**:

- At least** 5 years of professional experience** and** knowledge of Real Estate fundamentals**:

- An **university degree **in a relevant field
- ** Experience in site acquisition **in the mobile communications sector is required
- Excellent **computer/reporting skills, **including a high level of **proficiency with MS Excel** and other database/project management tracking tools
- You are **highly organized and able to multi-task** and work effectively with limited supervision with tight deadlines and high volume of projects
- Excellent verbal and written **communication skills in German **and (very) good **English **(B2) skills written and spoken
