TASKS WITH IMPACT

• From day one, you will be a valued member of our Talent Acquisition Team, working closely with our Talent Acquisition Managers and business departments – right at the heart of our daily operations.
• You will support the entire end-to-end recruitment process: from creating and publishing job postings to screening applications and coordinating interviews.
• As the central interface between candidates and hiring managers, you ensure a smooth process – focusing on a strong candidate experience and internal needs.
• You will take ownership, conduct interviews independently, and contribute your assessment directly to the selection process – in close collaboration with our hiring managers.
• With your fresh perspective and drive for HR topics, you bring new ideas into ongoing and future projects – creative, data-driven, and hands-on.
• Special add-on: You will actively shape our recruiting processes and take responsibility for junior positions from A to Z – from kick-off to hiring.

YOUR SKILLS

• You are currently studying Social Sciences, Psychology, Business Administration, or a comparable field – or you are in your gap year between Bachelor's and Master's degree.
• HR or recruiting experience? Perfect.
• You work independently, in a structured way, and stay focused even when things get busy.
• Communication is your strength – in both German and English, written and verbal.
• You're a true team player and enjoy working with a variety of people.
• You're confident using Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint & Excel.
