**Junior Customer Support Agent**:
**to join our team on a two year fixed contract.**:
As a **Junior Customer Support Agent** for our games you are the face of the game team towards the community - and the voice of the players within the team.

**YOUR MISSION**:

- Deal with support requests like gameplay questions, account issues, payment problems etc. via asynchronous chat
- Collect and filter user feedback and relay it to the production teams
- Ensure cross-team awareness of new and persisting issues and bugs

**YOUR BACKSTORY**:

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders
- You are able to think outside the box when solving problems, are open-minded and willing to learn
- You are a resilient, detail-oriented team player who is self-organized and self-motivated
- You are a gamer yourself and have a passion for video games
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, fluency in another language is a plus
- Familiarity with Helpshift is an advantage
