In your new role, you will:
- Be a **dedicated IP Partner Manager **for Automotive Microcontrollers
- Be the **Business Owner responsible **for driving the 3 rd Party HW IP portfolio at the Business line level / Company level
- **Be responsible for setting budget, time and scope targets and making strategic decisions **with respect to 3 rd Party HW IP
- **Lead the IP Decision board**:
- **Be the interface between R&D & the HW IP Partner eco-system**:
- **Act as **interface with Customers **on need basis**

You are best equipped for those tasks if you have:
- A **degree **in **Electronics Engineering, **Electrical Engineering, **Industrial Engineering, **Business Informatics **or similar
- At least **8 years of experience **in the semiconductor industry
- **Strong Experience in product development / partner management **in semiconductor industry
- **Experience in commercial negotiations, licensing models, **and **Procurement**:
- Know-how in **hardware design & development methods **as well as in **Automotive development standards **such as **ISO26262 and Cyber security **would be an advantage
- The **ability to adapt and learn fast **in new areas of technical competence
- High degree of **analytical skills and thinking **as well as ability of fast problem identification, effective isolation and efficient elimination
- **High social competencies **, convincing presenting skills, a team player-mindset, entrepreneurial thinking
- **Organized and able to multi-task**:
- **Fluent in English, **German will be an added advantage
