Head of Ip Project Management

In your new role you will:

- Take ownership of project management activities, ensuring all IP projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
- Lead a team of 10-20 project managers across diverse geographies, providing guidance in people management topics (e.g. hiring, training, career development, and performance evaluation).
- Develop team competency to meet present and future program/project requirements aligned with the business strategy and central Project Management Office in the Automotive division.
- Manage relationships with all stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Develop and direct project management operations and strategic planning to meet organisational goals.
- Provide overall strategic governance for projects by establishing standards, processes and tools for effective project delivery, aligned with the central Project Management Office.
- Establish methodologies to set productivity and quality targets and assess results for all targets (drive lessons learnt and initiatives for the team to achieve quality, meet or beat schedule and efficiency and demonstrate results with process improvements).

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- A degree in **Engineering **, **Business Administration **, or related field.
- At least **10 years **of **experience **in semiconductor **project management **, preferably in the Automotive industry.
- Strong **technical **background with understanding / hands-on experience in project management **methodologies **and **tools **.
- Proven track record of successfully **leading project teams **and delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Proven ability to **lead and inspire **a team towards achieving common goals.
- Excellent **communication **(verbal and written) competencies.
- Experience in handling **Automotive projects **, with awareness of standards such as IEC 61508, ISO 26262, ISO21434, and related **certification **processes, is an advantage.
- **IPMA Certification **in Project Management is a plus.
