**How you'll be hosting with heart**:

- Use your full creativity to create compelling employer branding content for our career site, LinkedIn, and internal communication channels.
- Design and create compelling visuals using Canva, including social media graphics, presentations, and promotional materials, as well as produce and edit high-quality videos tailored to various platforms and audiences.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on employer branding trends.

**What you need to shoot for the stars**:

- Currently enrolled or recent graduate in a Bachelor's / Master's program in Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
- First experience or strong interest in employer branding or recruiting with a strong passion for storytelling, branding and working with people.
- Proficiency in MS Office and a flair for using digital tools (e.g., Social Media, LinkedIn, Canva, Video Editing Tools).
- Outstanding ability to convey ideas and information clearly, concisely, and persuasively in English and German both written and oral forms.
- Collaborative spirit, working harmoniously with team members across different functions.
- Beyond all you are creative, detail oriented and have strong organizational skills and want to gain experience in a fast paced environment.
