**Deine Aufgaben**:
**Your role**
We are looking for the next talent, motivated, curious and enterprising, to join us as Working Student / Werkstudent (m/w/d) in HR - Focus Talent Acquisition, Recruitment & Employer Branding at our Munich Headquarter for EssilorLuxottica Group Retail Region Central Europe incl. + 90 stores in Germany, Switzerland, Austria & Czech Republic for our brands Ray-Ban, Oakley, Sunglass Hut, David Clulow & Oliver People.
The position is reporting to the Head of HR Retail and there is the opportunity to grow into a full-time HR position and stay on after graduation.
**Main responsibilities**:
As a Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the growth and success of our teams by identifying, engaging, and securing top talent. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple roles across departments, from intake meetings with hiring managers to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
- Design and implement effective sourcing strategies using a variety of tools (e.g. LinkedIn, job boards, ATS, networking).
- Monitor recruitment metrics and create regular reports to analyze hiring performance and propose improvements.
- Draft and publish job adverts tailored to specific roles and platforms, ensuring consistency with employer branding.
- Manage the recruitment database (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and process compliance.
- Support employer branding initiatives by participating in job fairs, university events and online campaigns.

**Dein Profil**:
- Enrolled in an academical master or bachelor program within HR or other disciplines relevant for the position
- Genuine Interest and Passion for Talent Acquisition and/or Employer Branding as well as for the fashion, retail and optical business
- Excellent oral and written communication skills - Ability to communicate fluently in English & German (additional languages esp. Italian, French or Czech is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
