As an
- **Enterprise Account Executive** at Xeneta, you will be part of a fast growing, high intensity sales team working together to bring ocean and air freight data to customers. Our daily customer engagements include conversations around logistics/supply chain management, ocean freight, air freight, RFQ’s, Budgets, Overall Spend and industry specific current events. This means a successful Enterprise Account Executive at Xeneta will develop a thorough understanding of international ocean and air freight shipping, freight negotiation strategy, transportation procurement, and operational knowledge of global trade infrastructure. Your main objective is to navigate complex sales, bring in new business revenue and contribute to scaling towards becoming a $100M company.What you will be doing
- Develop strategies to conquer the assigned market segment with the Sales Development Representatives
- Use your solution selling expertise to respond optimally to customer needs and identify business potential in order to create a strategic, long-term partnership with your customers
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities in order to meet quarterly and annual targets.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to maintain 100% customer satisfaction, ensuring opportunities for additional business growth.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure that appropriate expectations are being established, communicated and documented.
Your Profile and Experience
- 3+ years of software solutions sales experience with a history of closing 6-figure plus deals to C-level decision makers
- You can read a room and manage a long and challenging sales cycle - including multi-layer stakeholders
- You know how to make a complex product sound digestible
- You take a consultative/diagnostic approach to selling
- Consistent track record of exceeding sales quota
- You are highly analytical with the ability to assess business opportunities and read prospective buyers
- You are able to build relationships with key stakeholders across an organization
- You are capable of developing compelling strategies that deliver results
- You gather and use data to inform decision making and to persuade others
- You're ready and willing to dive headfirst into a fast-paced scale-up environment
- You have an innate ability to include multiple partners and members of the company's management team using competitive selling in order to position products against direct and indirect competitors
- You have strong negotiating skills
- You have a demonstrated ability to find, manage, and close high-level enterprise business in an evangelistic and complex sales environment
- You have a proven record of overachieving quota and driving results in a high-growth company environment
- Business acumen developed over years of working with B2B customers on transformative solutions.
- An ability to articulate a strong value proposition at the executive level
