**Experience project management**: You work in project management office to support in various aspects of project management incl. executive management meeting preparations
- **Take responsibility**: You prepare and support communication activities for different target audiences
- **Convince with words**: You maintain different communication platforms on the intranet, write articles and blog-posts
- **Reliable work**:You compile and polish project presentations
- **Thorough planning**: You support to prepare and conduct workshops
- **Study field**: You are currently studying Business Administration, Communication Sciences or similar
- **Experience**: You already have first experience in Project Management
- **Personality**: You consider yourself an open-minded team player and are willing to learn
- **Skills**: You are well versed in working with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel (incl. macros)
- **Mindset**: You are highly motivated with a can-do mentality and flexibility to work with different interfaces in an agile environment
- **Way of working**: You are well-organized, pay attention to details and work pro-actively as well as self-reliant
- **Language skills**: You have fluent English skills, both written and spoken, German is a plus
- CV in English
- Certificate of enrollment at university
- Excerpt of the study regulations for the mandatory internship (if applicable)
- Latest grades transcript (not older than 6 months)
- High school report
