Working Student/internship: Agile Product Marketing

**Focus on the future**: You develop visions to solve problems
- **Take responsibility**: You envision the product and identify target groups
- **Experience research**: You define and measure KPIs for product’s success and you carry out market trend analyses
- **Keep the overview**: You support the internal hackathon (Makeathon) event, including preparation and post-processing
- **Be creative**: You implement design thinking workshops and you create visual design sketches and prototypes
- **Study field**: You are currently studying business administration, marketing, digital product management or similar
- **Experience**: You already gained experience in market research and cost benefit calculation
- **Skills**: You are familiar with agile methods like Design Thinking and Scrum and you have knowledge in creative techniques, such as design thinking
- **Interests**: You are interested in (agile) business transformation
- **Way of working**: You enjoy organizing, communication and writing. Conceptual work is one of your strengths
- **Personality**: You enjoy working independently and creatively, while simultaneously thriving in team work
- **Language skills**: You have excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
- CV in English
- Certificate of enrollment at university
- Excerpt of the study regulations for the mandatory internship (if applicable)
- Latest grades transcript (not older than 6 months)
- High school report
- **Working part-time**: The focus is on studies. Therefore, working student is possible during the lecture period with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
- **Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome**: You must be enrolled, and the examination results or modules of your studies must not have been completed yet, so that you can still work in our team for at least 6 months. You must also not be in a semester of leave.
- **You should live close to the site**: It is important for us to work with you on site and to integrate you into the team. You should therefore be able to come to the site regularly.
