Working Student/ Internship: Global Employer

In your new role you will:

- **Support project team with the creation of a **global Employer Brand and EVP **(Employer Value Proposition)
- Contribute in **operational as well as conceptual and organizational topics**:

- **Create appealing **PowerPoint presentations, project reports and track project milestones and deliveries**:

- **Prepare and document **meetings with key business stakeholders **together with the project manager and support in organization of internal **workshops and events**:

- **Collaborate with many differentstakeholders across all levels of hierarchy **such as Branding, Top Management, Talent Attraction as well as Student Attraction.**:

- **In addition, you may gain insight into other topics, such as Social Media, Website Management, Merchandise, Talent Relationship Management and virtual Talent Attraction events.**

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- Are studying **business administration **, **communication sciences **, **economics **or a similar field
- Already have gained some **practical experience **in communication, marketing, human resources or digital media
- Have very good **PowerPoint and Excel skills**:

- **Have excellent organizational skills **and a structured working style
- **Like to work in an **international team with a multicultural **mindset
- **Are fluent in German and English, **written and spoken
- Are available for at least **6 months**
- CV in English
- Certificate of enrollment at university
- Latest grades transcript (not older than 6 months)
- High school report
- **You must be enrolled and not on academic leave**:Proper students (according to German law) are warmly welcome
- **You should live close to the site**:More than 150 km distance is not recommended for a working student job due to the travel.
