**What you will do**:
- Teaching, coaching, training and mentoring leaders and team members in their transformation journey
- Advocating structural and process change at the enterprise level, focusing on different departments, from HR to Product
- Develop and impart interactive trainings about Agile Topics (mindset, agile frameworks, organizational behavior etc.)
- Enabling changes in new way of working
- Drive teams performance matrix strategy and implementation within the organization
- Educate teams and individuals to setup agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and methodologies by following principles of Lean and Agility letting them to work autonomously to reach their goals
- Coach and challenge the management by considering the constraints and needs of the system, help them to reflect and improve
- Mediate conflicts and support the decision-making process to help teams work autonomously
- Convey your knowledge of principles and practices throughout the product discovery and product delivery process
- Play an active role in developing a growing agile organization by improving communication throughout organizational levels and helping to collaborate towards a shared vision
- Moderate / facilitate agile ceremonies, fostering communication and knowledge sharing
**What you will bring**:
- You have at least 3-5 years of experience in working as an Agile Coach, coaching diverse teams in different organizations and driving and sustaining organizational change
- Expert at building capability and adapting coaching style to different learning styles and demonstrated experience coaching PO/SM roles
- You acted experiment-driven by continuously inspecting & adapting, based on measurements and evaluated data
- You coached and enabled people to actively take responsibility for their product and processes and to work self-managed and purpose-driven
- Strong facilitation skills, incl. expertise & experience in different training, coaching and facilitation tools & models
- Profound knowledge about the most common agile methodologies
- Experience in developing, coaching and training cross-functional teams
- Preferred experience in HR transformation projects
- Certifications in agile methodologies are a plus
