**Job Description**:
**WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT**:

- You are responsible for a cross-site alignment of Agile Coaches and
- Scrum Masters to a company-wide agile system.
- You, together with the other Agile heads, drive holistically the agile adoption across the different domains
- You develop concepts to make the flexible maturity level transparent across the company and to derive the appropriate measures from this
- You define common goals for your own team and holistic development measures in alignment with the other agile coaches
- You know what makes a successful team and what role Agile Coach and Scrum play in this.
- You have the opportunity to work internationally and to collaborate with our colleagues within the AVIV Group on exciting projects

In concrete terms, on a day-to-day basis, you should be able to:

- Communicate relentlessly within the organization to drive the adoption of the Agile mindset, principles and values, and the role and scope of Agile Coaches,
- Act as a Host Leader for the Agile Coaches and shape with them the ways of working of the Agile Guild,
- Measure and drive agility improvements
- Co-Drive with other Center of Expertise (CoE) delivery practices through process improvements and optimizations.
- Improve the Career Path of the Agile Coaches and help them learn and improve through missions on the fields, trainings and certifications
- Collaborate with and rely on the other Center of Expertise (Product Ops, QA and DevOps to address the problems encountered by the organization.

**Qualifications**:
**ABOUT YOU**:

- You are a leader with a proven track record and already have several years of practical experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master in a leading position.
- You are able to develop your team professionally.
- You have substantial experience in senior stakeholder management.
- You are a visionary and enabler, but also a strong partner to drive the necessary change and organizational transformation and development.
- You like to work conceptually and are able to approach complex tasks in a structured way
- You are open to trends and are familiar with current methods and frameworks (Design Thinking, Lean, Kanban etc.)
- You have a strong solution orientation and the willingness to always find new and creative approaches
