Responsibilities
- As an Agile Coach you are responsible for bringing the agile mindset to the next level, inside and outside Tech
- You support the teams in developing their agile practices, and coach them to become high-performance teams
- You do so by working with them in their daily routines, setting up workshops and training for agile practices, and by focusing on promoting cross-team and cross-department collaboration
- You foster awareness for agile values and principles by coaching leaders in learning as well as improving their agile leadership skills
- You establish agile processes and tools to strengthen alignment as well as goal setting within the department and the company, and directly contribute to building a culture of effective, empathic feedback and continuous improvement
- Together with the other Agile Coaches, you define the strategy to tackle all challenges, while also sharing knowledge

**Skills**:

- You are passionate about agility, have already driven an agile transformation and have several years of experience in coaching tech teams hands-on, working as a Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach
- You possess a deep understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), know how to use these principles to make teams more powerful and are familiar working with Jira and Confluence
- You are a good observer, always keep the overview and are capable to think outside the box
- You work in a self-organized manner, are open minded while knowing what it takes to build up autonomous teams
- You have strong communication and facilitation skills in english and german, and convince with your high level of empathy
