Am Standort Plattling suchen wir zur Unterstützung unseres Quality-Teams eine/-n erfahrene/n Mitarbeiter/-in als
**Mitarbeiter/-in Customer Service (m/w/d)**:
**Ziel der Stelle**: Bearbeitung von internen und externen Kundenbeanstandungen mit der Aufgabe diese in der Entstehung zu vermeiden**
**Aufgabenschwerpunkte**:
- Meldung und Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen und Unterstützung der Koordination von Sortier
- und Nacharbeitsaktionen beim Kunden und der internen Produktion
- Absprache mit Kunden bei Reklamationen und Sofortmaßnahmen
- Überwachung von Abstellmaßnahmen
- Wirksamkeitsbewertung von Maßnahmen
- Organisation und Dokumentation von Besprechungen zu Kundenreklamationen
- Schriftliche Reklamationsbearbeitung (Kundensysteme, 8D-Reporte) und Führung der Reklamationstabelle (inkl. Rechnungs
- und Gewährleistungsbelastungen)
- Unterstützung bei der Abwicklung von Gewährleistungsfällen
- Durchführung von Sammelausschußabnahmen beim Kunden
- Mithilfe bei Qualitätsschulungen von Produktionspersonal sowie Qualitätsprojekten
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung statistischer Auswertungen (z.B. MSA, SPC, Contantainment) und Ermittlung der monatlichen COPQ
- Unterstützung bei internen Prozess
- und Produktaudits und beim Monatsabschluss
- Vertretung und Betreuung von Kunden im Werk
**Anforderungsprofil**:
- abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder durch entsprechende Berufserfahrung erworbene Kenntnisse und Fertigkeiten
- Berufserfahrung in oben genannten Aufgabengebieten, wünschenswert
- Berufserfahrung in der Kunststoffbranche, wünschenswert
- Qualitätsfachkraft, Qualitätsbeauftragter, interner Auditor DGQ oder Green Belt, von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Selbstständige und ordentliche Arbeitsweise
- Teamorientierung sowie Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Durchsetzungsstärke sowie Überzeugungsfähigkeit
