**Customer Care Specialist - Energy Storage/Power**

With a global presence and offices across Europe, Asia, and North America, the company tests, inspects, and certifies within a wide range of industries to meet the requirements for performance, safety, and ecological impact. Recently, the company built a state-of-the-art facility with some of the world's most advanced machinery and software.
The Customer Care Specialist is an essential addition to support the current portfolio of customers on a national and international level for the Energy Storage/Power sector. This role will be focused on managing customer issues and complaints alongside assisting with the development of accounts.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support the customer service and commercial team throughout their processes nationally and on a global scale to achieve company and revenue objectives.
- Communicate and work effectively with key stakeholders from key accounts.
- Manage customer requests and resolve issues, including proposal preparations and tracking quotes until an order has been placed.
- Ensure data regarding customers is maintained and accurate within the CRM system.
- Proactively showcase the client’s portfolio of services to customers in collaboration with various departments.
- Attend networking events including trade shows and client events.
**Experience**:
- 1-5 years’ experience in Sales or Customer Care or Customer Service.
- BSc preferred but not essential.
- Proven extensive experience with Account Management and Customer Service.
- Understanding of Standards, IEC standards preferred.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Plattling: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
