We're looking for people like you to help make it happen.Job Summary:The Customer Care Specialist (CCS) promotes continued growth and superior customer service for new business and current customers within an assigned territory. Serves as an internal sales and customer contact for initial inquiries, quotes and service within an assigned area and to provide support. Follows-up on sales and marketing opportunities via e-mail and phone communications. Supports and promotes continued growth of new business for CSA Group TIC services. These are your tasks:Support the sales process by providing initial information to prospective leads and existing customersPromote CSA services by contacting clients using competitors or other certification agenciesProvide input to the Commercial Unit to identify new business opportunitiesWork closely with the Sales team to drive new business growthManage customer inquiries, quotes, and services within assigned territoryCollaborate with Marketing to organize and coordinate events (pre-work, scheduling, mailings, marketing materials)Prepare quotes and send proposals to clients, conduct follow-up callsMaintain and update client data in CRM system (Centra)Regularly follow up on open quotations and sales opportunitiesResearch customer accounts to identify growth opportunities and generate leadsPreferred Education & Experience:Completed education in the following fields preferred:Office Management/ Marketing CommunicationsIndustrial Clerk / Business Administration ClerkWholesale and Foreign Trade ClerkCustomer Service / Call Center SpecialisForeign Language CorrespondenceBachelor·s Degree in Business Administration / International / Communication Studies or in Marketing & Sales ManagementSales competence and experience in lead generationCustomer orientation and professional communicationStrong communication skills (verbal and written)Analytical skills for identifying business potentialOrganizational skills and structured work approachVery good command of German and EnglishWhat we offer:An interesting and diversified job in the sales area to support the continuous growth of the CSA Group Function as sales and customer contact for all commercial topics Possibility of mobile working and flexible working hoursFitness & Health Program for a relaxed balance to the daily work routineCompany pension planUnlimited direct employment and a future-proof job
