Job Title: IT Support Specialist / Desktop Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities
Perform Installs, Moves, Adds, and Changes (IMACD) of hardware and software.
Act as a key point of contact for EUS onsite teams, managing SLAs effectively and leading the team to success.
Provide exceptional break-fix support for hardware, software, and mobility issues.
Manage backup tape rotations, tape library systems, and coordinate server reboots.
Ensure proper provisioning, configuration, and delivery of IT equipment, supporting both office-based and remote users.
Troubleshoot and maintain desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, printers, VOIP phones, and other peripherals.
Collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Oversee desktop imaging, security patching, and ensure all devices meet configuration standards.
Preferred Technical Skills
Expertise in Windows 10/11
Active Directory, Azure
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suit support.
Service Now/Remedy
Familiarity with endpoint management tools like SCCM/Intune and Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms.
Knowledge of networking concepts, including basic network troubleshooting, wired/wireless connectivity, and switch management.
Experience with desktop/laptop hardware replacements, peripheral installations, and system imaging.
Soft Skills
Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical solutions in a user-friendly manner.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and prioritizing based on urgency.
Demonstrated ability to maintain a professional demeanor and foster positive outcomes when working with clients.
Skilled in creating technical documentation and contributing to knowledge bases (KB articles).
