**AV Support Technician (d/f/m)**

Location: Munich, Germany

**The** **Opportunity**:
**Your Key Result Areas**:

- Installing and configuring hardware and software components for windows workstations to ensure
- usability by end users
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for windows workstations and mobility support/management
- Repair or replace damaged hardware like laptops/desktops/iPad
- Upgrade the entire system to enable compatible software on all computers as per client standards
- Installing and upgrading anti-virus software on the computer to ensure security standards are met as defined by client
- Perform tests and evaluations on new software and hardware for windows
- Provide support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting/ticket management skills
- Establish good rapport with all departments and colleagues
- Conduct daily ticket/queue management
- Manage Inventory - Create Forecast for the upcoming months and order the hardware based on the
- Requirements

**AV Systems Integration**
- Performing routine maintenance check on all AV systems in offices.
- Handling the scheduling of equipment installation/equipment repairs with our vendor.
- Support with configuration of newly installed systems.
- Collaboration with specialized teams to integrate AV systems within existing IT infrastructure.
- Conducting testing on new devices to evaluate their compatibility and suitability for implementation in our environment.
- Vendor communication/coordination of the new device systems testing.

**Your Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of relevant AV & IT Support experience
- Practitioner level knowledge in SCCM 2012 and O365
- Basic Network skills (Rack and stack network devices, take power readings, Network Cable Testing, Hardware reboots, participate in power shut down/maintenance activity)
- Fluent in German and English (Reading, Writing and Speaking)
- Experience in ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM tools
- Flexible in travelling to other customer sites for business needs
