Head of Supply Chain

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- ** Strategic Planning**:

- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency and effectiveness
- Forecast demand and manage supply chain capacity to meet business needs
- ** Procurement and Supplier Management**:

- Oversee the procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and conditions
- ** Logistics and Distribution**:

- Manage logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution
- Optimize logistics processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
- Implement best practices in inventory management to minimize costs and improve efficiency
- ** Team Leadership**:

- Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain team
- Provide guidance, training, and support to team members
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment
- ** Performance Monitoring and Improvement**:

- Monitor supply chain performance metrics and KPIs
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Use data analytics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives
- ** Risk Management**:

- Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Manage disruptions and crises to minimize impact on operations

**Ihr Profil**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, practices, and technologies
- Proven experience in procurement, logistics, and inventory managemen
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in using ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Certification in supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) is a plus
- You are able to anticipate issues and proactively propose solutions
- You are fluent in German and English and ideally Polish is a plus

Unsere Produkte und Marken werden im Herzen von Berlin entwickelt. Unser Hauptsitz befindet sich nur eine Station vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Wir beschäftigen derzeit ca. 35 Mitarbeiter aus 15 Nationen in den Abteilungen Customer Service, Supply Chain, Marketing, Visual Design, Produktentwicklung, IT, B2B und B2C Sales, People & Organisation und BI & Controlling. Wir vertreiben unsere beiden Marken (weitere sind geplant) über eigene Online-Shops, Marktplätze und Handelspartner.
