As our Head of Supply Chain, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency, scalability, and reliability of our supply chain from Asia into our EU, UK and US warehouse network, driving operational excellence to support our ambitious growth plans.

As a team of 80 passionate professionals, we are rapidly expanding globally and need an experienced supply chain leader to optimize our operations and ensure our customers receive the best experience possible.

The Head of Supply Chain is a key role in Yepoda’s operational success. You'll lead our supply chain operations, ensure smooth procurement, manufacturing, and logistics processes via air and sea shipments (incl. import), and enable scalability for international markets. **Key Responsibilities**
- Supply Chain Optimization:_
- Oversee the entire supply chain into our warehousing network, including procurement, manufacturing, import, distribution and inter.warehouse transfers.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance reliability.
- Manage demand forecasting and inventory planning to ensure product availability while minimizing overstock.
- Logistics & Fulfillment:_
- Ensure seamless global logistics operations, optimizing shipping modes from Asia and importing into EU, UK and US.
- Partner with logistics providers to streamline distribution channels and secure favorable terms.
- Monitor and address logistics challenges, ensuring timely product availability.
- Vendor and Partner Management:_
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturing partners.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure adherence to quality standards and delivery timelines.
- Evaluate and onboard new suppliers to support scalability and product innovation.
- Process Improvement and Technology:_
- Leverage technology to optimize supply chain operations, such as ERP systems and forecasting and planning tools.
- Implement and lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends in sustainability, packaging, and supply chain innovation in close collaboration with our product development team.
- Leadership and Team Development:_
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence within the supply chain team and across the overall operations teams.
- Collaborate closely with Product Development, Marketing, and Finance teams to align supply chain strategies with overarching business goals.
- Education:_
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience:_
- 3-5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management within consumer goods, beauty, retail, or any e-commerce industries.
- Proven expertise in inventory management, demand forecasting, global procurement, and global logistics.
- Experience scaling supply chain operations in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of sustainability practices and packaging innovation in the beauty industry is a plus.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and specialized SCM tools (e.g., for forecasting and planning). Still capable of doing ad-hoc analytics in Excel or GSheets.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute effectively and drive results.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills to motivate and guide teams.
