**YOUR TASKS**

As a Controlling Specialist within the Business Group Lighting, you will support us in the area of global reporting and planning.
- You will contribute to the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the BG Lighting.
- You will support the correct representation of business transactions to be reviewed during the income statement or balance sheet preparation.
- You will assist in the fiscal year planning, forecasting, and other reporting processes, as well as coordinate and contribute to the preparation of commentary.
- You will conduct variance analyses and support the preparation of external audit inquiries.
- You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of evaluations within key performance indicators and serve as an interface to related departments.
- You will continuously develop existing controlling tools and optimize processes in collaboration with other departments.
- Additionally, you will be involved in cross-functional projects and perform ad-hoc analyses.

**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**
- Successfully completed degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on controlling or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in controlling or related fields is desirable
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, along with an independent, reliable, and flexible working style
- Familiarity with SAP modules, data warehouse systems, and very good knowledge of MS Office
- Team player with strong communication skills and a global mindset
- Excellent command of both German and English, spoken and written
