**YOUR TASKS**

In the business division Special Original Equipment, serving major market segments such as Agriculture, Construction, commercial trucks & bus, and sports cars, you are responsible for the global product management of commercial Headlamps, front signal lighting, and commercial auxiliary.
- As a manager, you lead your local team of project and product managers directly and work closely with the project and product managers assigned to your product group at the international HELLA locations.
- You have global profit and loss responsibility for the assigned product range across all HELLA SOE locations, including budget and sales planning.
- You ensure the establishment and maintenance of customer relationships and present new products and ideas to customers.
- You plan your products as part of the annual strategy process regarding the expansion of the customer and product portfolio.
- You recognize and follow trends in the market environment and develop and maintain a standard product roadmap and portfolio.
- Responsible for product lifecycle from idea generation until phase out.
- You report to the head of the segment in your area of responsibility.

**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**
- You have a degree in engineering or related areas.
- Several years of relevant professional experience in a comparable role in the automotive industry.
- Distinctive experience in international project business and good knowledge of development processes in the automotive industry.
- You are highly committed and have a proactive attitude. Furthermore, you are a motivated team player skilled in communication and organization with a methodical and analytic mindset and show an independent way of working.
