**SALES SPECIALIST (ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT) BG LIGHTING (M/F/D)**

**YOUR TASKS**

As a Sales Specialist (Account Management) (M/F/d) in the Business Group Lighting you are responsible for analyzing the current and future customer and product portfolios to uncover optimization potential, define target projects, and coordinate quotation management.
Your responsibilities will also include:

- Drive project acquisition processes internally and externally, consistently challenging costs and timelines to ensure successful acquisitions and launches.
- Conduct cost-based price negotiations (quotation/change management) leveraging technical parameters to secure optimal margins.
- Develop and implement initiatives to grow commercial results and drive continuous improvement within the sales function.
- Lead international, cross-departmental projects aimed at standardizing and sustainably optimizing sales-related processes.
- Manage escalation paths effectively, acting as the central interface between customers and internal departments.
- Coaching and inspiring others to become the best professional version of themselves

**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**
- Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience within the automotive sector; familiarity with VW Sales or HELLA Sales organization is a plus.
- Strong understanding of production and logistics costs, with proven ability to optimize cost structures.
- Fluent in German and English; knowledge of Spanish and/or Czech is advantageous.
- Assertive, independent, and structured with a clear target orientation and a drive to exceed expectations.
- Familiar with MECE, SCQA, and alter centering methodologies; proud of your ability to analyze and solve complex problems.
- A genuine “extra mile” attitude, paired with the potential to grow into top management roles within our organization.
