HELLA has around 36,000 employees at more than 125 locations worldwide and generated consolidated sales of € 6.3 billion in the fiscal year 2021/2022.YOUR TASKSAs a Plant Controller (m/f/d) within the Business Group Lighting at our Lippstadt location, you will be responsible for the operational analysis of key performance indicators, ensuring their accuracy, reliability, and comparability.Proactive support of sales, revenue, and investment planning in close cooperation with responsible managers; acting as a liaison between headquarters and operational unitsServing as the Financial Business Partner to the plant management, providing support for related functions in cost center accounting, production cost simulations, and all KPIs related to contribution marginPreparation of regular plan, actual, and forecast reports, including commentary-based variance analyses and reviews with managementEnsuring cost transparency and deriving actionable recommendationsParticipation in business cases, strategic competitive analyses, and execution of ad-hoc analyses for the plant managementContinuous improvement of existing controlling tools and processes in collaboration with specialist departmentsYOUR QUALIFICATIONSSuccessfully completed degree in Business Administration or a related field, ideally with a focus on ControllingInitial professional experience in controlling or similar fieldsStrong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, combined with a self-driven, reliable, and flexible working styleProficiency in SAP modules, Data Warehouse systems, and advanced MS Office skillsExcellent command of both German and English, written and spokenWHAT WE OFFER Extensive career and further training opportunities as well as flexible working time models Mobile Working HELLA in Motion - comprehensive sports and health program Family support: family service and advice on caring for relatives Company restaurants, employee benefits Company pension plan with HELLA allowance
