You will be the key in strengthening our global marketing team with your profound communication and marketing skills. You will support the exhibits manager with planning and executing national and international shows. And, you will support the Director of the ICC with planning and executing online and on-site trainings. Taking ownership in product marketing for one of our high-end product lines and working with the Product Management and Sales Team will give you the freedom to utilize your skills in planning, managing and execution of marketing strategies.

**Scope and Tasks**:

- You will take full marketing and communication ownership for one of our product groups
- You will support planning and organizing international and national exhibits & events
- You will be key in supporting our International Competence Training Center (ICC) including management of training courses, website management and campaign planning
- You will create content management for our website and brochures in German and English
- You will create content for social media, webinars, campaigns and newsletters
- You will travel to selected exhibits to meet customers and colleagues (max. travel of 4 - 5 days several times per year).
- You will manage communication with and budget of external partners and agencies.
- You execute your plans supported by your marketing team colleagues and external agencies

**Your soft profile**:

- You like to “think out of the box”, with the right blend of “craziness” and marketing professionalism to ensure high quality, impactful and credible marketing campaigns.
- You are a “doer” and take ownership and proactively solve issues. You have a talent to organize and execute your goals yourself or as needed with the support of the team and external agencies.
- To support communication projects you are a “Marketing All-rounder”.
- You are a communication talent with excellent language skills in German and English, you like to present in front of the team.
- You are willing to listen and learn.
- You are a team player.

**Your background**:

- Completed B.A. degree or higher in Marketing
- You demonstrate convincing skills and experience in Marketing, exhibits & events.
- Business fluent in English and German is a must.
- Experience with exhibit management an asset.
- Typo 3 is an asset
- Salesforce/Pardot is an asset
- Google Ads, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics an asset.
- Excellent communication skills and customer orientation.
