THE OPPORTUNITY Can you imagine being a part of our Marketing team, where you will help drive internal and external corporate communication and collaborate with experienced, creative professionals to generate out-of-the-box content? As a Working Student Corporate Communications and PR, you will work closely with our Corporate Communications Manager to support in the editing, writing, and delivery of all aspects of PR and communications, while bringing your own ideas and designing audience-focused content and communications that help drive our marketing strategies forward. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT - You will create memorable, inspirational, and engaging content for articles, our internal landing page and press releases, in English and German - You will conduct research and gather internal information in order to coordinate PR opportunities and other activities - You will support in our weekly company-wide townhall meeting coordination and moderation - You will have the opportunity to collaborate with our Corporate Communications Manager in pitching NavVis to the press - You will maintain databases and news archives WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE - In progress studies in Communications, Humanities, Marketing, PR, Journalisms or similar - Initial work experience in PR and Communications - Fluent English and German as the content you will create will be in both languages - Proactive and problem solving attitude that will help you take ownership of your work - Initial experience with all Office tools, Confluence, as well as Hubspot will be an added benefit HOW WE WILL KNOW WE ARE A PERFECT MATCH Your recruiting partner for this role is Roula (she/her).
