Your tasks
- Global technical responsibility for the AML Compliance in close collaboration with PSIRA
- Technical responsibility of the continuous development of AML Compliance in close collaboration with PSIRA
- Lead the implementation of upcoming AML regulatory requirements in CMS globally in close collaboration with PSIRA
- Responsibility for the review of AML rules and conduct AML special trainings
- Global legal advice in all areas relevant to AML
- Evaluate AML suspicious cases and align correspondence with authorities
- Review processes to prevent AML including automation of controls in close collaboration with PSIRA
- Technical lead of the AML Risk Assessment including review of results and suitability of mitigation measures, lessons learned processes in close collaboration with PSIRA
- Technical lead for communication measures in the area of AML Prevention
- Contact person for investigation divisions and ombudsperson

**Profile**:

- Academic Degree in law (fully qualified lawyer) or comparable qualification
- Several years of solid professional experience in the AML compliance area in an international group law firm or auditing company
- Experience with German AML requirements
- Management experience
- Solid MS Office knowledge
- Very good English and German Language Skills (written and spoken)
- Strong communication skills and intercultural competence
- Strong Team Player
