**» Your responsibilities**:

- Supervising the cross-product tender management, operational account management and pricing functions
- Collaboration with relevant stakeholders, departments and teams within the Hellmann organization to support our international automotive logistics customers
- Working with our global automotive customers on tenders, price inquiries and new business opportunities
- Collaborate closely with the Global Account Manager to support our international customers in the Hellmann Automotive Logistics division
- Optimizing processes and results as well as analyzing data and making strategic decisions
- Functional and disciplinary leader of the opportunity management team in the automotive sector
- Supporting team members in improving their skills and achieving new goals in their careers
- Conducting employee appraisals, performance reviews and participating in recruitment interviews

**» Your key skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably within the automotive industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Fluent English skills, spoken and written
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to conquer challenges head-on
- Proficiency in using CRM and sales management software to streamline processes and maximize efficiency.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel as needed to connect with our worldwide teams and customers
