Membership Services Coordinator (M/F/d)

IN A NUTSHELL
As your primary responsibility, you play an important role in the onboarding of Design Hotels' new member hotels. You assist with day-to-day communication with our newest properties and serve as their primary point of contact for the duration of the three-month implementation phase. You independently communicate with all levels of the organization and contribute to effective internal communication and key process step monitoring.

On a departmental level, you help establish and improve key internal business processes that span the entire organization. You support the smooth operation of our internal database infrastructure and the business disciplines that connect to it, allowing for prompt access to key business data.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the management, monitoring, and continuous development of the new client onboarding process
- Interface between global account management and internal departments for all product/service-related topics
- Participate in and guide the member hotel's interaction with the teams and the brand during the initial partnership phase
- Assist in the upkeep of project timelines and tracking overviews
- Assist in the content updates and general development of the Membership Services Portal (client platform)
- Assist in identifying and further improving the process and data flows between the different disciplines and systems
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with the global staff, offices, and affiliates of Design Hotels

EXPERIENCE & MINDSET
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related fields
- Great communication skills in English, additional languages are beneficial
- Diligent, result-driven work ethic and strong client orientation
- Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
- Avid learner with an affinity for new technologies and a keen eye for identifying new opportunities
- Excellent time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
- High proficiency in Excel
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, SQL, HTML, CSS is a plus
