Project Coordinator Service Lab

The Professional Services Team is responsible for providing customized products and services to our clients. These include Newsletter Templates, Landing Pages, Workflow Creation and Custom Integration and more.

Your first task is to make sure that all requests to the team are answered and processed. You will be responsible for getting feedback from the team and making sure that the necessary resources are available.

In addition, you discuss new ideas with your team and the revenue team in order to satisfy our customers even better.

**As a Project Coordinator, you will**:

- Be responsible of the daily project coordination in the Service Lab, of our professional services team, from the pre-sales phase until product delivery
- Create, monitor and update project timelines, as well as their communication to stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to timelines & deadlines and identify & communicate potential risks of delay on time
- Proactively solve issues or problems that may arise during the project
- Control the clients' accountability during the production phase (timely delivery of feedbacks, follow-up with clients, etc.)
- Be the point of contact to clients and internal stakeholders - Direct communication with all relevant stakeholders; understand clients’ needs and evaluate their feasibility; coordination and moderation of calls
- define prices and quotation for certain client orders

**What will contribute to your success**:

- You bring at least 2 years relevant professional experience in project coordination/project management
- Some of your top strengths are your interpersonal and communication skills
- You’re proactive and have a “make it happen” attitude, willing to find creative solutions in a fast-paced environment and while making our customers happy
- You are extremely organized and thrive when working in a team
- You have advanced or proficient level, both written and spoken, in English and German (at least C1 both); it’s a big plus if you also speak French
- Previous experience in tech or SaaS companies is a big plus
