**EMEA SC Resilience Digital Lead (M/F/d)**

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Be accountable for establishing, owning and maintaining a strong relationship with key program leads and cross functional business leaders of EMEA's E2E, GTM and DFS programs and functions respectively
- Partner to shape a digital-based customer/partner strategy for EMEA GTM harmonization and E2E program, aligning with the global strategy, leveraging on new technologies and digital propositions to contribute in delivering on the future vision of the company
- Drive Digital Innovation to meet the business needs and strategy
- Collaborate with ITO team members to ensure overall value creation of Bayer IT
- Manage the capital and expense DT/IT Budget for EMEA PS SC Digital Excellence Investments
- Be a member of the EMEA DT/IT Product Supply LT and closely connected to the EMEA E2E + GTM + DFS teams and global/regional driven programs impacting SCM Excellence

**WHO YOU ARE**
- Relevant university degree in IT, technical field or business-related discipline with long-term experience in DT/IT, or relevant business area
- Experience of working with senior management to contribute to enterprise wide digital and/or business strategies
- Experienced in multidisciplinary project management and corresponding change management
- Demonstrated accomplishments with strategic and innovative impact at enterprise level
- Strong communication and organization skills, while demonstrating business insight with a strategic and innovative mindset
- Strong cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
