**Teamlead Life Cycle Management (M/F/d) - Global Business Services GmbH**
Join Our GBS Leadership Team as HR Team Lead of Lifecycle Management and support our ambition** “Powering our Business to Enable Health for all and Hunger for none”**
We're looking for a dynamic people leader who fosters a positive and collaborative workplace culture while ensuring the smooth operation of various HR processes with a focus on **family and flexible work time, caregiving, company bike and retirement provisions**.
**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Operational Team Lead within Global Business Services Germany with a focus on people leadership, coaching and mentoring
- You are responsible for the operational execution of various, exciting HR topics for our German legal entities in close cooperation with internal and external partners
- You build up internal and external networks and work closely with your partners in the HR function and the divisions to ensure high quality standards and to improve our processes and systems continuously and sustainably
- You think strategically, understand and anticipate customer needs and seek for opportunities to increase digital skills in the team and to improve user experience
- You actively drive personal development within the team and make it a priority to learn actively and continuously to be flexible for the future.
- You ensure compliance and risk management standards as well as stable operation in a highly complex process by developing appropriate knowledge management and establishing appropriate KPIs for process control
**WHO YOU ARE**
- University degree in an economic area with focus on HR, Business Psychology, Communications or comparable education
- Strong Interpersonal skills, intercultural sensitivity, and the ability to interact with all levels of management as well as to inspire and motivate team members
- Excellent leadership and coordination skills and several years of experience in leading teams
- Very good presentation and communication skills combined with strong collaboration and networking competencies
- Fluent proficiency in German and English
**This can be a full-time or a part-time (minimum 75%) position.**
