WHAT WE OFFER

With the migration of the CISA business the industry support team in Leverkusen will grow in responsibility and thus we are looking for an inspiring leader (M/F/d) and manager (M/F/d) as a reinforcement for our team. In your new position you will lead 7 sales coordinators (M/F/d) and will set the frames for the efficient and effective run of processes in the sales coordination and demand planning processes with the new Connected Business Planning (CBP) tool.

You are the interface between Commercial Operations and the Planning Product Supply team (PPS) and work in close cooperation with other functions on high customer satisfaction rate in terms of supply, reflecting constraints in working capital and production optimization in daily business. Striving for high demand forecast accuracy is key to make the right decisions together with PPS team. In consideration of the supply capabilities and the industry demand/ strategies you will decide on allocations and prioritizations and give guidance to the sales coordinators (M/F/d).

Your tasks in detail:
Building an efficient Sales Coordination team and developing people is one of the key purposes of this position- You are responsible for the operational execution of sales processes and demand planning processes within EP EMEA efficient and effective run of processes in the sales coordination area like bonus agreements, short term forecasting and marketing plan- Drive the Connected Business Planning project implementation and ensure afterwards high demand forecast accuracy. Represent CO in all Supply Chain meetings as first contact- Business steering and decision maker in the context of the aligned industry priorities how to best use our capacities - especially in the event of supply shortages- Translate and breakdown general PCS industry strategies (PM and EP) and demand forecast to allocations and discuss availability with PPS- Based on the team feedback, consolidate a performance outlook and communicate deviations

WHAT YOU OFFER- You hold a university degree in technical engineering, chemical engineering or in business administration or a similar qualification- Besides, your profile shows several years of work experiences in controlling, product management or related functions- You are experienced in leading teams- Furthermore, you combine strong analytical thinking skills with good communication and presentation skills, you are proactive and own initiative- You are a team-player (M/F/d), who enjoys working with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds and likes to work cross organizations- You are experienced in using SAP SD/ MM Modules and SAP APO, we require a good level of Excel and Business Warehouse/ Analysis for Office knowledge- Business fluent skills in German and English round off your profile
