How y**ou’ll make an impact by**
- You lead and run the strategic Supplier Quality Management team for E-Mobility focusing on electric vehicle charging infrastructure, and develop a sustainable global supplier base that meets our high-quality standards and business requirements.
- You conduct risk assessments, supplier evaluations, and audits as part of the comprehensive supplier qualification process and ensure compliance with our supplier standards and international industry requirements for electric vehicle charging technology.
- You collaborate with engineering teams and suppliers to continuously improve production processes and product quality.
- You implement and supervise important metrics related to supplier quality and drive continuous improvement initiatives and plan and conduct supplier audits with the global network and follow up on corrective actions.
- You ensure all suppliers have Quality Assurance Agreements in place and coordinate with Procurement to address any gaps and support the implementation of sustainability initiatives within the supply chain.
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the supplier management process and work closely with Engineering, Operations, and Delivery teams to improve performance and reduce non-conformances.

**Your success is grounded in**
- You are a certified auditor, ideally according to VDA6.3 standard, and have knowledge of quality methods including FMEA, APQP, 8d and other quality management tools.
- You have many years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Quality Management, or Manufacturing, preferably with knowledge of electric vehicle charging systems or related technology.
- You have experience in leading teams and working in international environments.
- You have strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate with stakeholders at various hierarchical levels.
- You have a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent technical field.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, strategic problem-solving abilities and proficiency in English completes your profile.
