Our 39,600 employees are pioneers in mobility who help to keep the world moving. **Your new role - challenging and future-oriented** - In your challenging role as "Head of Cost & Value Engineering Electronic/Mechatronic (f/m/d)" you will lead a global department with currently 7 employees for cost and CO2 transparency in electronics / mechatronics at Siemens Mobility. You will report to the global head of Global Cost & Value Engineering. - You will design and implement future-oriented strategies, concepts, and processes, e.g., in the areas of digitalization and sustainability, in close coordination with the cross-functional units. - Also, you will establish a resilient network across country, organizational and hierarchical levels and thus drive the business anchoring of Cost & Value Engineering. - Furthermore, you will perform your own cost or product carbon footprint calculations and design-to-value analyses and represent them both internally and with external partners, e.g., suppliers. **Your qualifications - solid and appropriate** - You bring a completed technical degree or an equivalent qualification in the field of electronics / mechatronics. - Also, you have many years of professional experience in cost engineering, development, product management or manufacturing in a managerial role. - Next to this, you do have a track record in international projects, in digitalization and in project management. - In addition, you are familiar with product cost tools such as Teamcenter Product Cost Management, aPriori, 4cost, etc. through regular practical use. - You consider yourself as a proactive and structured leader (f/m/d) who can develop and motivate your team personally and professionally. - Fluent English and German language skills complete your profile. **Getting in touch with us - straightforward and direct** if you would like to find out more about Siemens before applying. **+49 (9131) 17 52430** if you wish to discuss any initial questions with our recruitment team.
