Global Head of Executive Recruiting

As our Global Head of Executive Recruiting you will support the business to attract and onboard the best and most diverse talent available in the market into senior positions across our organization. You will have a focus on building an in-house capability to deliver executive search, market mapping, market intelligence and assessment expertise all the while recognizing that in this space in recruiting there are times when most appropriate to engage a third party to support in part or all of a recruitment campaign and manage these partnerships accordingly. You will drive value through your deep understanding of the business needs for particular roles and the your ability to build short, medium and long term relationships with passive talent in the market with a view to attracting them down the line.
**In the role you will**:
- Set up a first centralized executive recruiting operation managing and support full-cycle executive search assignments across the business
- Identify and recruit executive level prospects by executing various the search strategies
- Become a primary point person for all executive referrals
- Capture and communicate market trends, industry information and other applicable intelligence to senior leadership in support of an overarching talent sourcing strategy
- Strengthen the executive succession plans for the most critical executive roles and upgrading executive talent in line with the company’s strategy
- Build & activate unique and innovative programs to identify ready now vs future ready executive talent
- Encompass diversity, equity and inclusion in all aspects of executive recruiting
- Directly manage a workload executing Executive Search mandates, deliver market mapping and insights to inform business hiring decisions
- Build strong relationships and partnerships across at the most senior levels of the organization and across the HR functions to ensure engagement and collaboration in executive search efforts
- Sponsor or lead continuous improvement projects
**Preferred Qualifications**
- 10+ years experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, the vast majority of which in executive search gained either in house or and an executive search firm
- 8+ years experience managing teams through change / transformation
- Ability to build and foster strong partnerships at executive levels on a global basis
- Able to build networks internally across matrixed organization
- Experienced in compensation structures and the creation of competitive offers, understanding deferrals and bonus structures
- Exceptional communication skills
- Understanding of recruiting technology landscape
- Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate, driving enhancements through influence and effective change management
