**Zur Erweiterung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Sales Assistant / Kundenbetreuer(in) im Vertriebsinnendienst** **(m/w/d) Deutsch/Japanisch an unserem Standort in Süd-Berlin (Marienfelde). **Deine Aufgabe**
- Sie betreuen unter der Leitung des Sales Manager und in Abstimmung mit den zuständigen Außendienstkollegen unsere nationalen und internationalen Bestandskunden und bauen Neukundenbeziehungen auf.
- Sie verantworten die komplette Auftragsabwicklung, z.B. Kalkulation, Angebotserstellung, Auftragseingabe, Terminüberwachung.
- Sie pflegen Kundenstammdaten und bearbeiten Kundenreklamationen.
- Sie bearbeiten und beantworten Kundenanfragen.
- Sie führen proaktiv Maßnahmen zur Neukundengewinnung durch.
- Sie pflegen Preislisten, Artikeldaten und Lagerbestände.

**Dein Profil**
- Erfahrung im Kundenkontakt und in der Kundenversorgung
- Begeisterung für die japanische bzw. asiatische Gastronomie und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
- Freundliches und kommunikatives Auftreten
- Teamfähigkeit und gute kommunikative Eigenschaften
- Gerne auch Berufseinsteiger/ Quereinsteiger
- Zuverlässigkeit, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise, Organisationsfähigkeit
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse und Japanisch oder ggf. eine asiatische Sprache (Chinesisch )
- Freundliches Auftreten, ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild sowie Flexibilität und Teamgeist
