About the Job
We’re looking for a motivated Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (M/F/d) to join one of our portfolio companies to lead and optimise recruitment efforts to attract top talent and drive growth.
**Join our portfolio company**: A German dual-use technology company that develops unmanned ground vehicles to spearhead automation in both governmental and civilian use cases.
**In this role, you’ll**:

- Develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans to meet current and future hiring needs
- Enhance employer branding and leverage data-driven insights to optimise hiring processes
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent
- Develop and implement strategic recruiting strategies to meet organizational goals
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and recruitment best practices

Your Profile
- 4+ years of professional experience in talent acquisition
- Strong expertise in sourcing strategies, ATS tools, and recruitment metrics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Expertise in sourcing strategies, market mapping, and talent pipeline development
- Solid understanding of labour legislation and compliance
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities

Please note that we are looking for support in theMunichoffice of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
