Key Responsibilities

**Accounting Supplier invoices**:
Reception, booking, and archiving

**Payment preparation**: collection of payment approval and preparation of payment on web-banking platform
Supplier follow-up

**Reporting**:
Closing monthly books on time to meet group deadlines (Day+6)

**Monthly closing determination & booking**: prepaid & accruals
Balance Sheet monthly documentation / reconciliation
Marketing, PR & digital budget follow-up
Support of General Manager and Central Controlling team in Budget process

**Legal/Tax**:
Main contact for tax authority, external auditor, and central finance and accounting team.
Legal risks management
Monthly VAT declarations / tax advisor

BTQ Suppliers Management

Contracts, negotiations, terminations

**Outstanding Invoices**:
Communication reminder to field

**System**: SAGE I100

General Accounts + Analytical Accounts

**RFA Budget Control**:
Assist GM, communicate between KAM and Paris, update local file

**Attitude to work**:
Drive field first mentality, embrace entrepreneurship spirit of organization
Create positive and dynamic work
Staying agile, contribute to continuous development of Company by showing personal initiative. Support lead from every chair to drive necessary changes

About you

Professional experience in similar position.
Strong interpersonal and relationship skills
Passionate and talented profile with entrepreneurial spirit.
Natural organization and Multitasking abilities in a complex environment
English is mandatory, French speaking is an advantage
Creative and dynamic mindset, with a strong attention to details
Educated to degree level
