Brand Specialist

**Your Mission** As a Senior Brand Specialist you will take the lead in the creation and composition of all kinds of branded elements as well as handling brand related tasks. Furthermore, you will produce, create, edit and oversee all dynamic brand content, branded media assets and graphics, and marketing materials in line with our strategy, branding guidelines and messaging - both for our digital channels, including the Isar Aerospace website and social channels, and for all kinds of offline channels as well as marketing and event activities. You are a creative mind and design talent and you like to tell stories using visuals and strategize the best way to make your point. More specifically, you will: - Set-up and manage a creative strategy aligned with Isar Aerospace's business and communications objectives, messages, audiences, and priorities across our platforms to drive deeper engagement, improve reach, and increase brand favorability and trust - Further advance Isar Aerospace's social media strategy: conceptualize, plan and create of targeted content contributing to our communications objectives and set-up and steer community management of social media channels - Develop and design graphics for Isar Aerospace's internal and external communications channels (e.g. social media, intranet, website) ensuring consistency with our communications strategy as well as our language and brand guidelines (design, templates, language, tone of voice etc.) in close alignment with the Communications / Commercial team - Create visual concepts and designs for various marketing materials such as events, OOH, flyers, ads, goodies, merchandise articles, packaging etc. - Develop video and motion graphics and extensions of digital content that support communications and marketing initiatives and campaigns - Create targeted, high-quality presentations and documents for Marketing, Communication and Public Affairs purposes - Edit and polish photos and videos from photo and video shootings - Oversee, steer and coordinate creative freelancers and agencies - Contribute with ideas for digital content, video stories and photos that are fresh and compelling, and will meet audience's interests and needs - Measure the success of content and inform future content development - Manage and maintain the company's design assets and branding guidelines **Who you are and what you have** - Bachelor's or Master's degree or completed apprenticeship in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Video Production, Animation or related degree or equivalent work experience - Around 5 years of hands-on video and graphic experience for digital and social, with 3 years owning social or creative executions for a brand (providing creative leadership to agencies or internal teams) - Experience in developing brand-fit concepts and designs for both, online and offline, based on corporate design guidelines - Excellent Adobe Illustrator skills and proficient knowledge of other products from the Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign,) - Experience in using video editing software - Excellent Microsoft Office Suite knowledge, in particular PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams - A track record of building energetic, impactful marketing content - You pay strong attention to details, but you are also not afraid to tackle new tasks and look at the bigger picture. - You are motivated by working in a dynamic, ever-changing "learning on the go" atmosphere and have a can do attitude - Fluent in both spoken and written English Nice to have: - Knowledge of web design **Benefits** - 30 days holiday - Subsidised lunch - Individual learning budget - Virtual company shares - Qualitrain Sport Clubs membership - Customized company pension plan **Who we are** We are Isar Aerospace and we are at the forefront of New Space building a modern space business to enable faster, better and cheaper access to space.
