Votre mission
- Verantwortlich für das Demand & Supply Planning der Unternehmensbereiche Demokosmetik und Pharma
- Personalverantwortung für das Demand und Supply Planning Team in Deutschland und Österreich
- Leitung der Demand Planning & Replenishment Prozesse
- Steuerung, Leitung und Weiterentwicklung der monatlichen S&OP Prozesse für Deutschland und Österreich inklusive Vorbereitung und Moderation des S&OP Executive Reviews vor der Geschäftsleitung
- Steuerung, Kontrolle und Optimierung diverser planerischer und operativer Prozesse
- Sicherstellung einer optimalen Warenverfügbarkeit
- Verantwortung für Warenbestände bzw. Bestandsentwicklungen
- Erstellung von portfoliorelevanten Analysen und abgeleiteter Empfehlungen
- Abstimmung und Koordination zwischen Marketing, Finance, Sales sowie weiteren Stakeholdern
- Planung, Koordination und Realisierung von Optimierungsprojekten entlang der Wertschöpfungskette sowie Leitung von planungsrelevanten Projekten
- Monitoring, Erstellung und Analyse von relevanten KPIs (Produktverfügbarkeit, Forecast-Accuracy, Bestandsentwicklung,) inkl. Identifikation und Initiierung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
- Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit der Konzernzentrale (in englischer oder französischer Sprache)
- Leitung des österreichischen Lagers in Wien
- Personalverantwortung für die Lagermitarbeiter in Österreich (Einstellung, Einarbeitung, Führung, Verwaltung, etc.)
- Planung, Steuerung und Optimierung der Betriebsabläufe in Österreich

Qui êtes-vous ?
- Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium: Bachelorabschluss in BWL, Schwerpunkt Logistik / Materialwirtschaft / Supply Chain Management, alternativ eine vergleichbare Weiterbildung (z.B. zum Betriebswirt)
- Fundierte mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Supply Chain Management bzw. Demand & Supply Planning im internationalen Kontext
- Sehr gutes Verständnis für eine End-to-End Supply Chain und cross-funktionale Planung
- Souveränes Stakeholdermanagement auf allen Hierarchieebenen
- Strukturierte, analytische Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Leadership Skills
- Teamfähigkeit
- Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten
- Lösungs
- und zielorientiertes Denken und Handeln
- Hohes Maß an Eigenständigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Selbstorganisation
