**Your mission**:
About the Role:
We are looking for a Partnerships Intern / Working Student to join our team. In this role, you will support the team in managing and developing strategic partnerships with our existing partner network. You will be responsible for conducting market research, identifying potential new partners, and building relationships with them. You will also support the execution of joint marketing activities and events, and help to analyze and optimize the performance of our partnerships.
- Conduct market research to identify potential partnership opportunities
- Involved in building relationships with potential partners and facilitate discussions
- Analyze and report on the performance of partnerships
- Work on an own project together with your team e.g. referral partner program
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within optilyz to ensure successful partnership outcomes e.g.:

- Support the execution of joint marketing activities and events with our Marketing Team
- Support the Sales Team in researching important information about potential customers with the help of our partners
- Together we will define a project for you that you will work on during your time with us and which corresponds to your strengths and interests

**Your profile**:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in business, marketing, or a related field
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Passionate about marketing and technology
