We're looking for a motivated
Founder Associate Intern
—someone passionate about gaining hands-on experience in a fast-growing startup and collaborating with our founding team. This unique opportunity allows you to dive deep into various business areas, take ownership of strategic and operational projects, and create real impact. If you're ambitious, proactive, and eager to learn, we want you on our team for a 4-6 month internship or longer

This is a Munich-based, office-first role where you'll collaborate with our fast-paced team. The minimum duration is 4–6 months, with longer availability preferred.
Good German language skills are required.

What you will contribute

• Drive growth initiatives:
  Work on growth strategy and refine our go-to-market strategy.
• Streamline operations:
  Optimize internal processes and workflows as we scale.
• Tackle strategic projects:
  Own high-impact initiatives from partnerships to tech projects.
• Manage finance & analytics:
  Handle financial planning, metrics tracking, and reporting.
• Product strategy & development:
  Support our product team by gathering customer feedback, mapping out new features, and optimizing user experience.
• Lead customer projects:
  Collaborate with panel partners to recruit ideal participants and strengthen partnerships.
• Marketing & brand awareness:
  Contribute to content creation, develop social media strategies, and help communicate Aybee's vision to external stakeholders.
• Take ownership of challenges:
  Learn what it takes to build a company from the ground up, solving complex, unsolved challenges with full team support.

What you bring

  First experience in consulting, IB, VC, or startups with a proven track record of success.
• Strategic & hands-on:
