Director Network Access

Your Mission: - You are responsible for developing the 1NCE network access and roaming strategy to build the best-in-class IoT connectivity footprint for our customers based on a combination of global and local SIM capabilities. - You are responsible for the commercial and technical implementation of the 1NCE network access and roaming strategy by working closely with our Mobile Network Operator (MNO) partners and with the 1NCE Product and Technology team. - You are responsible for building a strong and trustful relationship with our MNO Roaming partners to get them provide the best possible coverage on competitive commercial terms. - You are in charge of negotiating the respective wholesale and other legal agreements and work jointly with the 1NCE sales, commercial, legal/regulatory and product team to permanently improve the SIM coverage and the commercial terms. - You monitor the IoT connectivity market and the competitive landscape and act on major changes and developments to ensure the 1NCE proposition remains competitive and best-class. Expectations: - You are deeply interested in the IoT and telecommunication sector and are already experienced in this industry. You have consistent technology skills and understanding. - You have a deep understanding of the roaming landscape (ideally for IoT) and mobile and SIM technology. - You have at least 10 years of relevant work experience, a proven track record in the mobile wholesale market and in managing the roaming SIM estate of M(V)Nos. And a strong personal network in the industry. - As you will entertain a direct executive relationship with our shareholders as they are key providers of our connectivity, we require excellent negotiation and communication skills as well as strong commercial and technical acumen. - You bring a passion to work with an experienced and motivated team focused on creating a high-growth company in a short timeframe.
