Für unsere Levi’s® Niederlassung in Offenbach am Main suchen wir einen:
- Customer Relations Specialist (m/w/d)- Aufgabenprofil:
- Professionelle Betreuung unserer Key
- und Top Accounts Kunden für die Marken Levi’s_®_ und Dockers_®_
- Termingerechte Koordination der Transporte in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern
- Management von Kundenanfragen innerhalb unserer Richtlinien
- Überwachung von Warenverfügbarkeiten und Lieferterminen in Bezug auf Kundenbestellungen
- Kontinuierlicher Informationsaustausch und Betreuung der Vendor Central Plattform unserer Kunden
- Sicherstellung des High Level Services inkl. Reklamationsbearbeitung
- Kommunikation mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen wie z.B. Key Account Management
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Strategie Meetings
- Koordination und fachliche Führung des Customer Service Teams
- Anforderungsprofil:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Produktion/ Supply Chain Management oder Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Bezug zur Logistik
- Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der kaufmännischen Kundenbetreuung, bevorzugt im Bereich Key Accounts und e-Commerce
- Ausgeprägte Service
- und Kundenorientierung und hohes Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Zuverlässiger Teamplayer mit Organisationstalent und einem proaktivem Arbeitsstil
- Eigenständige und äußerst sorgfältige Arbeitsweise, hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Ausgezeichnete Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
- Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse, insbesondere der Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen sowie SAP
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse, Kenntnisse in einer weiteren Fremdsprache sind vorteilhaft
