**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**:
Als Standort
- und Betriebsleiter:in übernimmst du die Gesamtverantwortung für unseren Standort - vom Hochlauf (Commissioning, Ramp-up) bis zum stabilen Betrieb mit exzellenten Sicherheits-, Qualitäts
- und Kostenkennzahlen.
Arbeitsort: Gendorf

**WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT**:

- Gesamtverantwortung für Standort & Betrieb (Sicherheit, Qualität, Lieferfähigkeit, Kosten/OPEX)., aka von der ausreichenden Versorgung mit Toilettenpapier bis hin zur Verwaltung von Verträgen in Millionenhöhe
- Planung und Durchführung von Commissioning, Start-up und Ramp-up der Pilot-/Demolinie.
- Aufbau, Führung und Entwicklung des Ops/Produktionsteams (initial 3-8 MA)
- Etablierung von SOPs, Betriebsanweisungen und eines gelebten EHS-/Sicherheitsstandards (Safety-First).
- Risikomanagement & Notfallplanung: Aufbau von Notfall
- und Krisenplänen (z. B. HAZOP, Notfallübungen, Brandschutz)
- Einführung/Betreuung von CMMS/MES-Grundlagen, Instandhaltungsstrategie (präventiv/TPM).
- Schnittstelle zu Engineering/R&D, Qualität und Supply Chain; Troubleshooting und kontinuierliche Verbesserung (Lean/Kaizen).
- Mitwirkung an Genehmigungen/Compliance (z. B. BImSchG, KrWG/BattG, GefStoffV, BetrSichV) in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Stellen.
- Budget
- und CAPEX-Planung für Betrieb und Ausbau; Auswahl und Betreuung von Dienstleistern/Lieferanten.
- Strategische Mitwirkung/Planung von anderen Standorten und Kapazitäten Erhöhung der Produktionskapazitäten
- Aufbau von Qualitätsmanagement
- Reporting an CTO: Kennzahlen, Risiken, Maßnahmen und Ressourcenbedarfe, ggf. Reporting an Vorstandmitglieder und Gespräche mit Investoren

**Your profile**:

- Studium in Verfahrenstechnik, Chemie-/Prozesstechnik, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar;
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Produktion/Anlagenbetrieb (Chemie, Recycling, Batterien, Rohstoffe o. ä.).
- Erfahrung mit Inbetriebnahmen/Hochlauf von Anlagen und Aufbau von Teams/SOPs im dynamischen Umfeld.
- Sicherheits
- und Qualitätsfokus; vertraut mit ISO 9001/14001/45001 (oder gleichwertig).
- Hands-on-Mentalität, datengetriebene Arbeitsweise, klare Kommunikation in Deutsch & Englisch.

**_Nice-to-have:_**
- Kenntnisse in Li-Ion-Batterierecycling, Gefahrstoff-/Abfallrecht, WHG, ATEX/Ex-Schutz, ESD-Themen.
- Erfahrung mit Lean/Six Sigma, OEE-Systematik, 8D/RCAs; Grundkenntnisse in MES/ERP/SCADA/PLC-Umfeld.
- Aufbau neuer Standorte/Erweiterungen, Audit-Erfahrung (intern/extern).
