**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**:
We are looking for a proactive and organized **Procurement & Supply Chain Intern** (M/F/x) to join our dynamic team **for 4-6 months**. In this role, you will support our supply chain operations across procurement, logistics, and inventory management. From sourcing materials and chemicals to tracking deliveries and organizing warehouse processes, you will play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supply chain management and contribute to building the backbone of a fast-paced climate tech startup.

**WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT**:

- ** Support procurement** of work materials, chemicals, tools, and office/operational supplies.
- Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers, obtaining quotations, and tracking purchase orders.
- Help manage and maintain up-to-date **inventory records** across different departments (lab, production, office).
- ** Monitor deliveries** and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely receipt of goods.
- Participate in organizing and maintaining warehouse/storage areas
- ** Collaborate with cross-functional teams** to understand material needs and support ad hoc requests.
- Contribute to **sustainability and efficiency improvements** in the supply chain and procurement processes.
- ** Prepare reports and summaries** to support strategic sourcing and supplier performance monitoring.

**Your profile**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Comfortable working with **spreadsheets** (Excel/Google Sheets); familiarity with ERP systems or databases is a plus.
- ** Strong interest in procurement, logistics, and inventory management** in an industrial or lab setting.
- Proactive, hands-on, and highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to **manage multiple priorities** and meet deadlines in a dynamic startup environment.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- A passion for sustainability and interest in the clean-tech or recycling sector.
- ** German knowledge and a driving license are a plus.**
