**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**:
We are looking for a highly driven and proactive **Intern**(M/F/x) to join our** CTO Office for 4-6 months**, working directly with our Chief of Staff Lorenz. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with a wide range of strategic and operational topics at the core of our technology organization. From hiring and techno-economic analysis to IP strategy and process optimization, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to high-impact initiatives that shape the future of our tech landscape. This internship provides an excellent launchpad for a future role as Chief of Staff or a strategic leadership role within the tech industry.
**WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT**:
- Work closely with the Chief of Staff to **drive and coordinate key initiatives** within the CTO Office.
- ** Support strategic projects** across IP strategy and the design and optimization of technology-related processes.
- ** Conduct techno-economic analyses** and contribute to the development of data-driven decision-making frameworks.
- Take the lead in **designing and implementing a data-driven process analysis** structure, leveraging AI technologies.
- ** Prepare high-quality documents** like presentations, briefs, and reports for the CTO and senior leadership team.
- ** Collaborate cross-functionally** with teams including Engineering, People & Culture, and Legal.
- Take **ownership of short-term deliverables** while contributing to long-term strategic planning.
**Your profile**:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a technical field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or similar).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on, solution-focused mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both **German and English**.
- Self-motivated, discreet, and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Genuine interest in technology, innovation, and strategic organizational development.
- Basic knowledge of **AI/ML and process data analysis**, ideally with interest in digital twin technologies.
- ** Experience in research and student initiatives such as WARR, IKOM, CDTM, Manage&More, or equivalent is a plus.**
